Loved the incredible sea view, but the room had noisy air conditioning.

missingWrote a review on 16 Novroom condition
Unfortunately, my stay included some inconveniences. The overall condition of the room was lacking, with visible cracks and stains on the walls. A couple of cockroaches making a surprise appearance. The beach access could be an issue as there were only five sunbeds available and no sun umbrellas to shield from the sun. The food prices felt a bit high, and the menu didn’t quite capture the essence of local cuisine, which is a missed opportunity.

Staying at Serenity Resort in Agonda was quite the experience. The beach access was fantastic, with my room positioned right on the shore. Every morning, I could hear the waves gently crashing as I woke up. The room size was spacious, making it comfortable for my family. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and prompt. The dining options were a pleasant surprise as the food tasted amazing and exceeded my expectations. The restaurant's view of the sea while dining enhanced the overall experience. there were a few issues that needed attention. The air conditioning in the room struggled during the first couple of days, leaving us uncomfortable in the heat until it was fixed. the kitchen lacked sufficient amenities, such as bathroom slippers and a kettle, which would have made our stay more convenient. encountering several dogs around the beach was a bit off-putting, as they tended to disrupt the relaxing atmosphere.

This place is a right gem, innit? With a sea-facing balcony, I spent hours sipping chai and soaking up the views. Only wish the breakfast had a few more options, like some lovely south Indian dishes. Deffo coming back for the sunsets!

The cottage provided a peaceful ambiance, and waking up to the sound of waves was revitalizing. The food exceeded expectations, especially the muesli at breakfast, which was a delightful start to each day. the lack of evening lighting in some outdoor areas was a bit unsettling for nighttime strolls, and minor maintenance issues were noticeable. It's worth noting that the beach wasn't as close as anticipated, but the vibrant local shops made up for it.

I had an excellent stay overall. The restaurant offered some of the best food in the area with a stunning ocean view. Every time I opened my door, I enjoyed a beautiful sight of the sea. The cottages were well-equipped with essential comforts, and I appreciated the privacy provided during my visit. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing my experience. It felt nice to be in a place where I could relax and enjoy the natural beauty around me.
Some aspects could be improved, such as the maintenance of the room and the cost of upgraded accommodations. The beach-facing huts lacked adequate lighting at night, which impacted the sense of security.
